Brave the brutal heat with help from your friends at iCookbook! This recipe for Fruit-Filled Pops is just a sample of what you’ll find in Frosty Fun, a newly-released collection of 35 fantastic, fun, and fully frozen treats available now in the iCookbook store.
1/4 cup blueberries
2 strawberries, thinly sliced
4 kiwi slices
4 pop molds
2/3 cup light-colored juice or flavored beverage
4 pop sticks
Evenly arrange blueberries, strawberries and kiwi in molds. (Plastic pop molds must be used for this recipe. The fruit will not stay in place if using paper or plastic cups.)
Pour juice evenly into molds. Cover top of each mold with small piece of foil. Insert sticks through center of foil. Freeze 6 to 8 hours or until firm.
To remove pops from molds, remove foil and place bottoms of pops under warm running water until loosened. Press firmly on bottoms to release. (Do not twist or pull sticks.)
