Note to customers upgrading to iCookbook 2.0
A Note to our loyal iCookbook users from the Editors of iCookbook:
iCookbook 2.0 comes complete with exciting new features (click here for details), alongside your favorite functions like the FREE monthly recipe collections.
If you should encounter difficulty upgrading iCookbook on your iPad, simply delete and reinstall the app. We want to point out that doing this may also delete free and paid collections from your iPad, but you may simply download them again from the iCookbook store—don’t worry, you won’t be charged again. However, deleting and reinstalling the app may remove any personal recipes that you may have added. We apologize for the inconvenience this may cause.
For those of you waiting for the October and November collections – They’re Here! Thanks for your patience while we updated iCookbook for iOS 5 compatibility. Just click the “Free” tab in the iCookbook Store to start downloading your FREE collections for October and November.
We hope you continue to enjoy using iCookbook with all its new features. Please let us know if you have any questions by clicking the “Contact Us” button above.
Please note: If you’re updating to iCookbook 2.0 from an older version, the app will go through a migration process to retrieve all recipes and information. This migration goes quickly for most iCookbook users, but for a small percentage it can take upwards of 10 minutes. We apologize if you are one of the few who are experiencing this delay. Please contact support at ioshelp@icookbook.com if the migration lasts longer than 15 minutes.
